Growing up i remember being so obsessed with Rodney that i traded the brand new complete my mom got me for Christmas for a kids super scratched up chipped up mullen pro model! She was PISSED

It gives me chills to think about Rodney Mullen... Imagine being the VERY BEST at something... Not just at one point in time, rather throughout time. Something about that level of exacting excellence demands respect... Who could not respect that?

We had Rodney at our ramp back in the late 80s in Tacoma after his demo at the Tacoma Mall -- cool dude. We were all ramp skaters, but he opened the way for us to street skate too! Legend!

There were double tail skateboards in 1975! Rodney made it fatter. Didn’t invent the double tail board.

I always loved rodney especially cause he has the same syndrom as me. Asbergers syndrom. People with it tend to have hyper fixations on a particular set of things or even just 1 topic all their life. Elon musk is also this way hes also someone i look up to. Cause these guys made a amazing life despite the way they function differently .

There are two eras of skateboarding. Before Rodney, and after Rodney. Without him skating might've never have survived the crash of the vert era. I was there and it even looked brutal from the outside. Natas and Gonz to kick flips into the streets and figured out how to use handrails were huge innovation, but the new kids coming in were the ones who took what Rodney had done up to that point and used it in the street. Meanwhile Rodney invented the modern skateboard. What he did then was almost unbelievable. He went into to the street himself and raised the bar of skating so high that I don't know if anyone will ever surpass it.

I want to thank Rodney's dad. Rodney is a goat human being.

I worked at the Fudgery in the Riverwalk circa 1994-95. We rocked it! Mike 1, Mike 2, Duck, Half Pint, Chantal, Sparkle, Kiana (that’s me)! Can’t remember the others but we made history 😂

It’s pretty good but one thing I don’t like about it is they completely glossed over the quarantine zone and the character of Tess all together Also, in the game they reach bills before Pittsburgh. Here it was the other way around they also completely glossed over Henry and Sam, which are influential enough characters that you have to include them well tess could just be kind of written out sam and Henry can’t I understand glossing over some things but they just kind of glossed over everything here and with the short amount of time their journey took in this adaptation their bond didn’t seem strong enough for Joel to have the motive to save her at the end, while in the game, it was their long journey that made Joel grow attached to her overall, because of how much they glossed over I’ll give it a solid 6/10 but the actor who played Ellie phenomenal same goes for the actors who played Joel and Bill
